Onefinity CNC has top-tier customer service. I’ve been using the Woodworker since the beginning of 2021, but have since upgraded it to the Journeyman and currently use the Elite Foreman with the JTech 44w laser. Their customer support has been the best experience I have ever had! I’ve had multiple questions and concerns that have all been answered or resolved promptly and with utmost care and professionalism. Can’t recommend Onefinity CNC enough!

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
Had an issue with the tool setter and contacted them via email. Promptly received a response and suggestions to try. They followed up the next day to see how the troubleshooting went. After a couple of more emails they are replacing it under warranty.
Respond was always very quick and on point. Great bunch of people and company.

Wasn’t sure where to start with CNC work, it all felt pretty overwhelming but I researched some of the top options and went with Onefinity. Love the machine, it’s been perfect for all my project needs, but most noteworthy, their customer is unmatched. I’ve never had a problem they couldn’t help me fix and seem happy to help out! I started with their Woodworker but after getting comfortable with it and wanting to take on bigger projects I upgraded to the Journeyman. I really like that their machines are easily upgradable without having to buy an entire new machine, just upgrading the rails as I grow makes it less hassle on my end. I recommend them to all my friends now, definitely 5 star experience so far!
